  • A security deposit is a form of qualification for an application. You may not always need to pay one—you can self-qualify, use a guarantor, or utilize the Guarantor Waiver Program to avoid paying a deposit.

  • Included utilities: water, trash, and Wi-Fi.
    Not included: electric.

  • We offer 12-month leases. Please inquire with the office regarding any flexibility in lease terms.

  • Irish Flats is pet-friendly! We welcome dogs and cats (with certain weight and breed restrictions).

    • Pet fee: $300

    • Monthly pet rent: $30
